How to make the perfect Storm Tea: The starting tools needed to brew tea are all the same, regardless as to what sort of tea is being prepared. Obviously, a kettle for heating the water!! Tea tastes better when fresh water is used (more oxygen remains in the water), rather than water which has been allowed to sit in the kettle and reboiled. Lapsang Souchong tea used in this brew steeps for three to five minutes (don't add milk until afterwards). Serve as you like possibly with milk and or sugar.
