Tea tastes better when fresh water is used (more oxygen remains in the water), rather than water which has been allowed to sit in the kettle and reboiled. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes. A rich red, fruity and not too tart infusion. If you have a sweet tooth why not add a drop of honey
