Tea tastes better when fresh water is used (more oxygen remains in the water), rather than water which has been allowed to sit in the kettle and reboiled. This tea is unusual because you can steep it for as long as you'd like and it doesn't become bitter, as black teas tends to. Therefore, the instructions for brewing are "steep to taste in hot water." Serve the traditional South African way - with sugar and milk (or as you would with your normal brew!)
