A blend of organic black teas from the Jalinga Tea Estate in Assam which is the first certified C02 neutral tea farm in the world and the Harington Estate in Dimbula, Sri Lanka. The Assam component delivers body, strength and rich maltiness while the Sri Lankan tea adds brightness and complexity to the blend. The result is a rich and tasty cup of tea - not necessarily just for breakfast.

Place 1 organic Estate Breakfast tea pyramid into a cup/mug or small teapot, add freshly boiled water and brew for between 3 and 5 mins. (we recommend 5 minutes for best results) When brewing loose leaves in a teapot use 1 teaspoon of leaf per person with 250mls of water per person.
