Description

Pu Erh Tea is famed for it’s properties to aid weight loss because of its ability to help us burn fat and shed pounds. The best time to drink a cup of Pu-erh tea for weight loss goals is one hour after a meal. Our Pu Erh tea has a deliciously mellow and deep earthy flavour but we’ve enlivened it with zesty lemon and smooth vanilla for a really enjoyable cup of tea.

Ingredients: Pu Erh China tea, black tea China, lemon pieces (10%), flavouring, cornflower blossoms.

How to make the perfect Flavour House, Pu Erh Tea with Lemon & Vanilla:

Brew proportions: 3-4 grams or 1 teaspoon per 250 mls water. Brew temperature: 100C boiling water. Infusion time: 3-4 mins.
